At Seebelle, we believe great eyes deserve a great experience — from checkout to your doorstep.

Shipping

🚚 Free shipping on orders of 2+ pairs — automatically applied at checkout.
For single-pair orders, a flat shipping rate of $5 applies worldwide.

Worldwide Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, worldwide

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Seebelle is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Seebelle is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of contact lenses, all sales are final and lenses are generally non-returnable — whether opened or unopened, worn or unworn.

Contact lenses are a personal-care product that comes into direct contact with the eye. To protect the health and safety of every customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any lens order, except in the case described below.

The Only Exception: Our Error

If you receive the wrong item (incorrect color, type, or power) or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging. Our team will review your claim and, once verified, provide a replacement or full refund.

Please note: claims submitted after the 48-hour window, or without sufficient photo evidence, cannot be reviewed or approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including approved replacements.
