Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Seebelle is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy
For quality and product integrity reasons, colored lenses cannot be returned once opened or used.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
